Inspire Gatherings: Building Bridges Across Faiths
This past month, Inspire Local gatherings in Kansas City and Plano, Texas brought together women from different faiths and backgrounds for meaningful conversation and connection. Both gatherings created space to learn from one another, discover common ground, and build genuine relationships across differences. Through shared stories, experiences, and a common commitment to faith, family, and serving others, new friendships were formed and understanding was deepened. These gatherings continue to demonstrate the power of bringing people together to listen, learn, and build lasting relationships within their local communities.
What attendees are saying:
“It was inspiring to see women from different faiths come together, not only to learn about one another but to discover the common ground that connects us. We talked about how unique and different our names and cultures can be, yet our love for family, faith, and even desserts brings us closer than we might expect. What began as a conversation became an opportunity to build friendships, deepen understanding, and celebrate our shared humanity.” Plano, TX attendee“I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making the trip to Kansas City. We immediately made a connection and I look forward to an our friendship. The time we spent together was very memorable, and we found commonalities in our service to humanity through our Refugee work.” Kansas City attendee
